Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 801
in effectTo promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the City, all industry locating in I-1, I-2, and TIP
as in other districts of the City, shall be considered subject to the requirements and regulations of
the appropriate Local, State, and Federal Agencies concerned with pollution control and abatement.
