SEC. 152. SCHEDULE OF REQUIRED OFF-STREET FREIGHT LOADING SPACES IN DISTRICTS
OTHER THAN C-3 AND EASTERN NEIGHBORHOODS MIXED USE DISTRICTS.
In districts other than C-3 and Eastern Neighborhoods Mixed Use Districts, off-street freight loading spaces shall be provided in the minimum quantities specified in the following table,
except as otherwise provided in Section 152.2 and Section 161 of this Code. The measurement of Occupied Floor Area shall be as defined in this Code, except that non-accessory parking
spaces and driveways and maneuvering areas incidental thereto shall not be counted. In accordance with Section 210.5, this Section 152 shall not apply to Commercial to Residential
Adaptive Reuse projects.
