§ 69-47-3 . [Laws, 2000, ch. 600, § 2; Laws, 2003, ch. 480, § 2, eff from and after July 1, 2003.] Editor’s Notes — Section 11 of Chapter 482, Laws of 2011, repealed this section, effective upon passage (April 4, 2011). Section 13 of Chapter 482 provided for the repeal of Sections 1 through 12 of the act, effective July 1, 2013. The co-counsel for the Joint Legislative Committee on Compilation, Revision and Publication of Legislation determined that the repealer contained in Section 13 of Chapter 482 has no effect on the repeal of this section, and the section is repealed effective April 4, 2011.
