§28.04 Same — Unauthorized Use Prohibited It shall be unlawful, except as otherwise herein provided, for any person to own or wear an official police badge and cap insignia of The City of San Diego; and any person violating any of the terms, requirements, regulations or provisions of this Section shall be guilty of misdemeanor.
