§ 20-5. - Fire Marshal and inspectors. The Fire Marshal and all officers designated by the Fire Marshal shall enforce all ordinance provisions relating to fire prevention and shall assist the Public Works Director, or his/her designated representative, in inspection and correction of fire hazards.
