§ 5-11. - Application for license. Any applicant for a license issued pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, whose place of business for which the license is being sought is located in the City, shall mail or deliver a copy of the application to the Chief of Police. The Chief of Police or designee may make recommendations on whether or not the applicant should be issued a license by the ABLE Commission within 20 days after the date the copies of the application are mailed or delivered to the Chief of Police. The Municipal Counselor or designee may appeal the issuance of a license if requested by the Chief of Police. (Ord. No. 26047, § 2, 11-20-18)
