§ 5-12. - Suspension or revocation of license. The Municipal Counselor or designee is authorized to initiate a license suspension or revocation proceeding before the ABLE Commission at the request of the Chief of Police or designee against any mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, or public event licensee having its principal place of business in the City, by filing a written complaint with the ABLE Commission setting forth the grounds for suspension or revocation. The Municipal Counselor or designee may appeal any final order of the ABLE Commission if requested by the Chief of Police. (Ord. No. 26047, § 2, 11-20-18)
