Exceptions to Height Regulations
Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 1105-A
in effectThe height limitations contained in the district regulations of this Ordinance do not apply
to spires, belfries, cupolas, antennas, water tanks, ventilation chimneys, masts, towers,
or other appurtenances usually required to be placed above the roof level and not intended
for human occupancy. Notwithstanding anything contained in these regulations, the
height of all structures shall adhere to the standards outlined in Federal Aviation
Regulations (FAR), Part 77.
