Amortization - Temporary structures.
San José Municipal Code § 20.150.320
in effectAny temporary structure which meets the definition of Section 20.200.1240 which existed on February 19, 2001 and has remained in continuous use and which does not conform to the provisions of this title shall be terminated within six months from February 19, 2001. (Ord. 26248.)
