in effectThe board of supervisors of any county is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to set aside, appropriate and expend monies from the general fund to the Mississippi Department of Health, or the University of Mississippi Medical Center after the Mississippi Burn Center is operational, for deposit to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund.
