Lot, Substandard: A lot or parcel of land that has less than the required minimum
Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 202.96
in effectarea or width as established by the zoning district in which it is located and provided
that such lot or parcel was of record as a legally created lot on the effective date of the
Ordinance codified in this title.
