§ 21-276. - Construction and repair of containers and equipment. All multiuse containers and equipment with which mix, frozen desserts, or their ingredients come in contact shall be constructed in such manner as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. All equipment hereafter installed shall comply with 3-A standards. (Code 1970, § 16-75(j); Code 1980, § 21-206)
