§ 12.16.9

(Added by Ord. No. 182,937, Eff. 4/21/14.)      The following regulations shall apply in the “PVSP” Ponte Vista at San Pedro Specific Plan Zone:      A.   Purpose. The purposes set forth in the Ponte Vista at San Pedro Specific Plan Ordinance are incorporated by this reference into these regulations.      B.   Use. No building, structure or land shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected, structurally altered, enlarged or maintained, except as permitted by the Ponte Vista as San Pedro Specific Plan Ordinance.      C.   Area. No building or structure, nor the enlargement of any building or structure, shall be erected or maintained unless the height, area, and parking requirements of the Ponte Vista at San Pedro Specific Plan Ordinance are met and maintained in connection with the building, structure or enlargement.
