Pursuant to Charter Section 6.102(5), the Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the City Attorney to settle the action entitled Mason Masuda v. City and County of San Francisco, et al., San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. CGC-23-606369 by the payment of $9,000,000. The lawsuit involves alleged personal injury on a City street. Section 2.
