SEC. 177. LEGITIMIZATION OF CERTAIN MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS. Section 177 established a time-limited program whereby existing Massage Establishments that have operated without required permits may seek those permits. Pursuant to its terms, this program sunsetted on December 27, 2016, 18 months after its effective date of June 27, 2015.
