SEC. 202.3. LIMITATION ON CHANGE IN USE OR DEMOLITION OF GENERAL GROCERY USE. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, a change in use or demolition of a General Grocery, as defined in Section 102, which use exceeds 5,000 gross square feet shall require Conditional Use authorization pursuant to Section 303 of this Code, which shall include the findings required by Section 303(l). This Section shall not authorize a change in use if the new Use or Uses are otherwise prohibited. SEC. 202.4. LIMITATION ON CHANGE IN USE OR DEMOLITION OF MOVIE THEATER USE. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, a change in use or demolition of a Movie Theater use, as defined in Section 102 shall require Conditional Use authorization pursuant to Section 303, including the specific conditions in that Section for conversion of such a use. This Section shall not authorize a change in use if the new use or uses are otherwise prohibited.
