LIMITED CORNER COMMERCIAL USES IN RH, RTO-1, RTO-M, AND RM DISTRICTS. (See Interpretations related to this Section.) (a) Purpose. Corner stores enhance and support the character and traditional pattern of development in San Francisco. These small neighborhood-oriented establishments provide convenience goods and services on a retail basis to meet the frequent and recurring needs of neighborhood residents within a short walking distance of their homes.
