SEC. 412.2. DEFINITIONS. See Section 401 of this Article. (Added by Ord. 108-10, File No. 091275, App. 5/25/2010) SEC. 412.3. APPLICATION. Section 412.1 et seq. shall apply to a proposed office development project within the C-3-O, C-3-O (SD), C-3-R, C-3-G or C-3-S Use Districts that results in a net addition of gross floor area of office use.
