SEC. 418. RINCON HILL COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENTS FUND AND SOMA COMMUNITY STABILIZATION FUND. Sections 418.1 through 418.7, hereafter referred to as Section 418.1 et seq., set forth the requirements and procedures for the Rincon Hill Community Improvements Fund and the SOMA Community Stabilization Fund. The effective date of these requirements is either August 19, 2005, which is the date that the requirements originally became effective, or the date a subsequent modification, if any, became effective.
