CLASSES OF NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS. The following classes of districts are established for Neighborhood Commercial Districts. (a) Neighborhood Commercial and Neighborhood Commercial Transit Districts. The Neighborhood Commercial and Neighborhood Commercial Transit Districts, listed in Section 201 of this Code, are established for the purpose of implementing the Commerce and Industry element and other elements of the General Plan, according to the objective and policies stated therein.
