SEC. 890.106. SERVICE, ADMINISTRATIVE. A use, generally an office use, which provides executive, management, administrative, clerical and other services exclusively to the business community and not to the general public. It does not include services which are available to the general public. Administrative services may include accessory storage, but not the storage of building materials, contractor's equipment, or maintenance equipment for nonresidential structures, or items, other than samples, for wholesale sale.
