SEC. 890.19. MOTOR VEHICLE TOW SERVICE. A service use which provides vehicle towing service, including accessory vehicle storage, when all tow trucks used and vehicles towed by the use are parked or stored on the premises. (Added by Ord. 115-90, App. 4/6/90) SEC. 890.20. AUTOMOTIVE WASH. A retail automotive service use which provides cleaning and polishing of motor vehicles, including self-service operations, when such cleaning and polishing are conducted within an enclosed building having no openings, other than fixed windows or exits required by law located within 50 feet of any R District, and which has an off-street waiting and storage area outside the building which accommodates at least ¼ the hourly capacity in vehicles of the enclosed operations.
