SEC. 992. APPLICABILITY OF AND COMPLIANCE WITH PLANNING CODE REQUIREMENTS. The following Sections regarding the applicability of and compliance with requirements of the Planning Code and with conditions, stipulations and special restrictions imposed pursuant to the Planning Code apply in Mission Bay Use Districts:
