A. This Section may be used instead of, but not in addition to, the State Streamlined Ministerial Approvals allowed pursuant to applicable Government Code Sections, for this Chapter of the San José Municipal Code. B. Housing development projects on sites located in the Affordable Housing Overlay, Mixed-Income Housing Overlay, or Housing Element Residential Overlay; Emergency Residential Shelters that meet the requirements specified in Chapter 20.80 ; and Streamlined Infill Housing Developments that meet the requirements specified in this Part and in Part 4 of this Chapter.
