A. "Above-ground swimming pool" is a swimming pool any part of which (except diving boards, slides and ladder rails) is more than twelve inches above grade. B. "Built-in swimming pool" is a swimming pool no part of which (except diving boards, slides and ladder rails) is more than twelve inches above grade. (Ord. 26248.)
