For purposes of this Part, "lot coverage" means all area of a lot, as projected on a horizontal plane, which is enclosed by the exterior walls of buildings or enclosed accessory structures or covered by decks, porches, stairs and/or landings that cover an enclosed space or paved ground area. The lot coverage tabulation will exclude uncovered porches, landings and stairs; uncovered decks, except the overhanging roof of a building or accessory structure or paved ground area is included in the lot coverage calculation; and any existing or proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit or Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit.
