Rear setback - Exception, property abutting a commercial or less restrictive district.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 20.40.200 , there shall be no rear setback for property situate in any commercial district whenever the entire rear property line of such property abuts property situate in any commercial district or less restrictive district. (Ord. 26248.)
