Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection B of Section 20.60.030 above, conditional use permits issued pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 20.100 of this title may allow an interim use of the subject property which is not shown in the planned development permit provided that: 1. Any such permit must conform to the planned development zoning of the subject property, and 2. No such permit shall be effective for a period in excess of one year. No such conditional use permit shall be renewed for more than one additional one-year period. (Ord. 26248.)
