An outdoor private property special event is a temporary outdoor use of private property that meets the criteria in either subsections A. or B. below. A. The outdoor private property special event will displace parking for the existing use or uses on the site. B. The outdoor private property special event requires a permit under the jurisdiction of any of the following agencies: 1. San José Police Department; 2. San José Fire Department; or 3.
