1-4-170 Reference to statutes.

Whenever any section of this Code makes reference to the Illinois Complied Statutes such reference shall be deemed to include the current statute in effect, or as thereafter amended, unless the context indicates otherwise. (Added Coun. J. 4-18-12, p. 23762, § 5) Editor's note – Coun. J. 3-31-04, p. 20916, § 1.1, repealed a former § 1-4-170, which pertained to pending actions.
