1. Shared Parking 2. Child Care/Residential 3. Restaurant, Fast Food (Only for property zoned C-2 and C-3) 4. When the restaurant adjoins residentially zoned property, all exterior lighting shall be directed away from adjacent residential properties; 5. The location for the point of taking food orders shall be buffered from and so located so as to minimize the intrusion upon adjacent properties. 6. Veterinary Clinic when no storage pens or runs are located outdoors. (Only for property zoned C-2 and C-3)
