A development plan of a subdivision may also be considered the "preliminary plat" if it meets the requirements of the City of Jackson Subdivision Regulations for preliminary plats. A development plan is sometimes referred to as a "master plan"; however, since the Comprehensive Plan for the City may also be called a "Master Plan,” the term Master Plan is not used in this Ordinance.
