13.32.040 - Merchandise displays.

Except as otherwise permitted pursuant to and in accordance with LVMC Chapter 6.96 regarding sidewalk vending, it shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct entirely or in part any sidewalk or street of the City by placing thereon any boxes, barrels, crates or other obstruction for displaying, offering for sale or selling any goods, wares or merchandise thereon.
