Sec. 12.16.040. - Scope.

This article shall apply to all direct or indirect discharges to the publicly-owned treatment works (POTW) of the city. The provisions regulate sewer service user charges, waste surcharges, connection fees, and wastewater facilities construction. Sewer service charges will be reviewed by the city council at least once every two years.
