A. This Chapter 23.44 establishes regulations for the Neighborhood Residential (NR) zone. B. Some land in these zones may be regulated by Subtitle III, Division 3, Overlay Districts, of this Title 23 in addition to the standards of this Chapter 23.44 . C. Other regulations may apply to development proposals, including but not limited to general use provisions ( Chapter 23.42 ); transportation concurrency and transportation impact mitigation ( Chapter 23.52 ); requirements for streets, alleys, and easements ( Chapter 23.53 ); standards for access, off-street parking, and solid waste storage ( Chapter 23.54 ); sign regulations ( Chapter 23.55 ); communication regulations ( Chapter 23.57 ); shoreline regulations ( Chapter 23.60A ); and environmental protection and historic preservation ( Title 25 ).
