A. Off-street parking spaces and bicycle parking are required according to Section 23.54.015 , Required parking. B. Loading berths shall be provided pursuant to Section 23.54.035 , Loading berth requirements and space standards. C. Where access to a loading berth is from an alley, and truck loading is parallel to the alley, a setback of 12 feet is required for the loading berth, measured from the centerline of the alley, as shown in Exhibit D for 23.47A.014 . This setback shall be maintained up to a height of 16 feet. (Ord. 124883 , § 13, 2015.)
