23.48.435

The following requirements for upper-level setbacks in this subsection 23.48.435 apply to structures on lots abutting a street shown on Map A for 23.48.435: A. Any portion of a structure greater than 45 feet in height is required to set back from a lot line abutting a street shown on Map A for 23.48.435. B. A setback of 1 foot for every 2 additional feet of height is required for any portion of a structure exceeding the maximum height permitted without a setback according to subsection 23.48.435.A, up to a maximum setback of 15 feet measured from the street lot line.
