23.49.042

The provisions of this Section 23.49.042 apply in DOC1, DOC2, and DMC zones. A. All uses are permitted outright except those specifically prohibited by Section 23.49.044 and those permitted only as conditional uses by Section 23.49.046 . Parking is allowed pursuant to Section 23.49.019 and Section 23.49.045 , and major cannabis activity is allowed pursuant to Section 23.42.058 . B. All uses not prohibited shall be permitted as either principal or accessory uses. C. Except as provided in subsection 23.49.046.D.2, uses in public facilities that are most similar to uses permitted outright under this Chapter 23.49 shall also be permitted outright subject to the same use regulations and development standards that govern the similar uses. D. Permitted essential public facilities, except for light rail transit facilities, shall also be reviewed according to the provisions of Chapter 23.80 . Light rail transit facilities are exempt from the development standards in this Subchapter II and shall be reviewed according to the provisions of Chapter 23.80 .
