The following uses shall be prohibited as both principal and accessory uses: A. Drive-in businesses, except gas stations located in parking garages; B. Outdoor storage; C. Helistops and heliports; D. Adult motion picture theaters and adult panorams; E. Light manufacturing uses in DMR/R areas; F. All general and heavy manufacturing uses; G. Solid waste management; H. Recycling; I.
