There is established, pursuant to Chapter 23.59 of the Seattle Municipal Code, an overlay district known as the Southeast Seattle Reinvestment Area (SESRA) as shown on the Official Land Use Map, Chapter 23.32 . (Ord. 118414 § 48, 1996; Ord. 116145 , § 3, 1992.)
