Development standards for non-residential uses

A. Height limit. The maximum height for any non-residential structure is 40 feet. No height limit exceptions are allowed other than for smokestacks, chimneys, flagpoles, and religious symbols for religious institutions. B. Maximum size of use. The maximum size of any non-residential use on any lot in the Mobile Home Park Overlay District is 5,000 square feet of gross floor area. C. Floor area ratio. The maximum floor area ratio for all non-residential uses on any lot in the Mobile Home Park Overlay District is two. D. Setbacks and separations. Setbacks shall be as follows. 1. Minimum of 7 feet from any street lot line; and 2. Minimum of 15 feet from any lot line abutting a single-family zone. (Ord. 126519 , § 2, 2021.)
