A. In addition to the application submittal requirements specified in other chapters and codes, applicants for essential public facilities shall address each applicable review criteria of this Chapter 23.80 in their application materials, and provide additional information as required by the Director to complete review of the project. B. For light rail transit facility applications that include light rail stations, maintenance bases, and temporary uses for light rail transit facility construction, the applicant shall submit a Community Outreach Report (COR). The COR shall include a list of impacted stakeholders previously targeted for public outreach in advance of permitting; methods of communication (including print, digital, and in person); purpose and objectives for the outreach; project information shared during the outreach as documented in the COR; and a summary of public comments.
