in effectAll property within the SESRA boundaries shall be subject to both the requirements of its zone classification and to the requirements of this chapter. In the event of conflict between this chapter and underlying zone requirements, the requirements of this chapter shall prevail. (Ord. 116145 , § 3, 1992.)
