13-79-102. Creation of Office of the Homeowners' Association Ombudsman. (1) There is created an Office of the Homeowners' Association Ombudsman in the department. (2) The executive director of the department shall appoint attorneys with background or expertise in community association law to fill legal positions within the office in the department.
