Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 702.01
in effectIn Commercial Districts minimum lot area and lot width measurements
set forth by this Ordinance shall not be applicable upon existing and
developed commercial lots at the date of adoption of this Ordinance which do not
meet such regulations as set forth herein. However, al l other commercial
properties shall comply with provisions of this Ordinance.
