Procedures for Review
Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 707.09-A
in effect1. No development shall begin or be substantially changed until the Site Plan
Review Committee has approved the proposed development or change, except
where Ordinances of the City expressly delegate such approval to staff.
2. All demolitions, redevelopment projects, and new construction in the Central
Business District shall require Site Plan Review as outlined in this Ordinance.
