in effectThe Department of Neighborhoods Director shall provide staff and clerical support for the Board, and shall assign a member of the Department's staff to act as Board Coordinator. The Coordinator shall be the custodian of the Board's records, handle official correspondence, and organize and supervise the clerical and technical work of the Board. The Coordinator shall also recommend such actions, policies, rules and regulations for adoption by the board as may be necessary to accomplish the objectives of this chapter.
