Whether a use is permitted outright, or as a conditional use, or is prohibited is governed by the applicable provisions of the other chapters of this title; provided that in addition to uses otherwise prohibited, the following principal uses are prohibited throughout the Southeast Seattle Reinvestment Area: 1. Outdoor storage (accessory outdoor storage permitted); 2. Animal shelters and kennels; 3. Helistops; 4. Heliports; 5. Adult motion picture theaters; 6. Adult panorams; 7. Salvage yards; 8. Recycling uses; 9. Work release centers; 10. Construction services; 11. Towing services. (Ord. 122311 , § 83, 2006; Ord. 116145 , § 3, 1992.)
