in effectThe purpose of this chapter is to implement the Southeast Seattle Reinvestment Area Policy, Resolution 28401 and adopted Land Use Policies by creating a Southeast Seattle Reinvestment Area (SESRA). The intent is to promote community revitalization and investment, and to encourage development which supports business activity and provides employment opportunities and needed services to the residents of Southeast Seattle.
