Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 707.06-A
in effect1. In retail commercial and mixed-use structures, windows, doors, display windows
shall comprise seventy (70) percent of the total area for street-facing facades on the
first floor. In the case of corner buildings, that portion of the building considered
to be the side façade shall be required to have a minimum of twenty-five (25)
percent in windows or doors.
2. All buildings shall have the primary entrance visible and accessible from the street,
courtyard or plaza.
3. Industrial and warehousing uses shall not have blank walls greater than fifty (50)
feet and building characteristics which encourage pedestrian accessibility are
considered desirable.
